Tom Giblenn

Tom Giblenn

Tom is an experienced IT Sourcing Manager from many sectors including Financial Services and Media, including Bupa and the DMGT Group. He has a broad range of category knowledge with a focus on software and services, including IBM, Salesforce, Oracle, Amazon web services and Savvis.
 
Tom has led cross functional teams with suppliers to deliver solutions across confederated business units. Using strong stakeholder skills to implement supplier performance management programmes.
 
He has a strong technical and product knowledge around sourcing bespoke and off-the-shelf software and services and IT infrastructure. Using category management techniques to ensure long term supplier strategies are in place to deliver against stakeholder and organisational objectives.

Michelle is CIPS qualified with strong category experience in software procurement, hardware sourcing, IT contract negotiations and IT services and telecoms.

Michelle has worked extensively within the IT sector and has a wealth of knowledge, solid acumen and a flair for customer and vendor management. Her expertise has recommended her to top tier clients who trust her skill and judgement.

Nic has substantial experience in strategic procurement, contract and supplier management while working for many large IT service organisations to improve corporate and supplier performance and during global sourcing and outsourcing projects.

A capable advisor and designer of sourcing strategies, line management as well as delivering hands on end to end outsourcing and related collaborative people skills for enabling internal progression, change and transition of contracts, projects and processes.

A strong commercial skills set encompassing attention to category details, supplier relationship management, superior negotiation skills, stakeholder and network management and various formal strategic sourcing methodologies and best practices.

Steve Sutton

Steve Sutton

Steve has 20 years of IT procurement experience within industries such as Insurance, Investment Banking, and Telecoms.  He is experienced in all forms of IT contract negotiation - Software, Consultancy, Hardware, Telecoms.  He has also run IT Procurement training courses for BT and other clients.

 He has worked with banks on reducing market intelligence costs and bespoke licence costs.  He has helped telecoms clients to improve their IT Procurement processes.  Projects have ranged from small one-off licence negotiations to global outsourcing contracts. He enjoys walking, travel, and is also a keen cricketer.

Mark is MCIPS qualified with over 20 years Procurement experience spanning both the Private and Public sectors.
He has a broad experience of all aspects of Purchasing and Procurement across IT Hardware, Software and Services, as well as Direct and Indirect expenditure, including Corporate Services and Fleets.
Areas of expertise include OJEU and Public Sector Procurement experience, contract drafting and commercial negotiations, tendering processes and scorecarding, as well as Supplier and Contract management.
Mark has worked in a diverse range of industries and sectors including Manufacturing, IT Services, Recruitment, Transport & Logistics and Rail.
